Refund policy

Every Macro Pathways item is made to order, printed after you place your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.

Orders can be canceled before they enter production. Production usually begins within a few hours, so email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.
